Level 1 · Entrepreneurial Foundation
In Level 1, we establish the foundation for your entrepreneurial journey, cultivating a mindset equipped with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. We delve into the art of crafting the perfect business idea through design thinking principles, offering innovative solutions to stand out in a competitive landscape.
Additionally, we explore the essential process of prototyping, emphasizing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to bring your business vision to life.
Level 2 · Marketing & Customer Development
In Level 2, we delve into the world of marketing, guiding you in building a loyal and engaged customer base. Our journey starts with branding, creating a compelling and distinct business identity.
We explore various marketing strategies, ensuring your message reaches the right audience, leveraging the power of social media and mastering Public Relations (PR) to manage your business's reputation effectively.
Level 3 · Business Building
In Level 3, we focus on the practical aspects of building and sustaining a successful business. You'll test your business ideas and prototypes using design thinking, develop a comprehensive business plan, navigate legal requirements, secure financing, and enhance your professionalism and networking abilities.
Advanced Stage · Final Pitch
Finally, in the advanced stage, you'll master the art of delivering a compelling business pitch. This includes understanding the theory and structure of a persuasive pitch, building confidence and public speaking skills, and fostering a growth-oriented mindset.
With ample practice and feedback, you'll be well-prepared for the thrilling Final Pitch Event, marking the culmination of your entrepreneurial journey.
